How to set or change my IBAN details

You can change your IBAN details in the Promoter's profile at any time.

However, we recommend that this change be done till the day of the Event, so we can assure that  the transfer of funds related to ticket sales will be made to the new IBAN and not the te old one.

1. Sign in > Promotor > Profile > Invoicing data > IBAN > insert new IBAN details:

2. Select whether you want to receive the confirmation code by SMS or email;

3. Use the confirmation code received to validate the new details.
