I didn't receive my tickets after purchasing. What should I do?

Tickets are sent by email and SMS.

1) If you have not received your ticket in either of these ways (we recommend checking your email's SPAM folder), you can request that it be resent directly to the Event Promoter, or via Platform Support. Don't forget to tell us which Event you are referring to, and the Name, Email and Phone Number used to make the purchase.

2) If you have received the e-mail with the subject "Here are your tickets", you must click on the "View Tickets" button, and you will be redirected to a link with the respective QR Code. Please note that tickets are not attached to the email.
